Shipping & Returns


Bejute delivers to all locations within Malaysia, and Internationally. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide upon checkout.

Delivery rates for domestic shipping and international shipping may change based on the carrier used for the service.

Base rate for delivery:

West Malaysia - RM10 under 0.5kg

East Malaysia - RM15 under 0.5kg



By default, domestic orders are shipped via J&T delivery service with tracking and delivery confirmation. Deliveries within Malaysia are made on the next 1- 3 working days after an order is complete and payment has been processed. It should arrive at your doorsteps the following 1 - 3 days (for Peninsular Malaysia) or between 3 - 7 days for East Malaysian addresses.



We offer refund services, only if goods are faulty. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If the item you received is damaged, please write to us as soon as possible. Faulty returns are valid within 7 days of receiving your items purchased.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 5 working days. The method of refund will be treated on a case by case basis, discussed with you prior to crediting your account. Please note that credit/debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete, subject to processing times depending on bank. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Customers are required to bear the shipping costs for returns of faulty goods. You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at Bejute.

There is no refund option for custom made items due to the nature of goods produced are according to the customers requirements, and the goods are deemed unsaleable. The customers may contact and notify us if any issues arise. We will take the necessary procedures to ensure customers satisfaction.



We accept cancellations just as long as your order is not custom of nature, is not in production and has not been shipped yet. Please NOTE that you will not be refunded a full amount as once payment has been made.

BEJUTE will not be responsible for any shipping delays, damage in transit or loss of parcel, including duty fees/ taxes as this is the responsibility of the customer.
